You follow someone's ministry updates through Co·labr. Here is exactly what we keep about you, why, and how to change or delete it — in plain words.
One reason only: you chose to follow someone's ministry, and this is what it takes to bring their updates to you the way you asked. Your details are used for nothing else. They are visible only to the person whose page you follow and to the small team that runs Co·labr for their organization. Your details belong to that organization's list alone — they are never shared with, or visible to, any other organization using Co·labr.
Your details are stored in our database (hosted by Airtable) and the site runs on Netlify. Automatic backups are kept for roughly 30 days on Google Cloud; when you delete your details, they age out of those backups within about a month as well.

Every email includes your personal preferences link. One click to switch to a monthly summary, a short link-only email, texts, or site-only.
The same link lets you unsubscribe — it takes effect immediately.
"Delete my details completely" on your preferences page permanently removes your name, contact details, and every message you have sent us. It happens the moment you confirm — no waiting, no emails to write.
Reply to any update email you've received — it goes straight to the person you follow, and they (or their organization's Co·labr team) will sort it out quickly, including removing your details for you if you'd rather ask than click.
Co·labr is an app by Tov-ell LLC. The organization whose updates you follow is responsible for its own supporter list. · Last updated August 2026
